Hey Beautiful! My name is Jessica and I am the owner and founder of DWB & Co.
Doing hair has never been about simply creating great color or a beautiful style. It has always been about people. Every person who sits in my chair is someone I want to encourage, uplift, and remind of their worth.
As a wife, a mother of two, and a business owner, I understand how much women carry every day. I created DWB & Co. to be a place where people can slow down, feel cared for, and leave not only looking beautiful, but feeling confident and refreshed.
Faith has played a major role in my journey — through challenges, growth, and building the life I once prayed for. Several verses have deeply shaped the way I approach life, motherhood, and business.
I believe beauty begins with confidence and that every woman deserves to feel both seen and valued. DWB & Co. was created to be more than just a salon — it’s a welcoming space where people can relax, connect, and walk out feeling like the best version of themselves.
